We hope you’re enjoying these long, sun-drenched days! Summer solstice has come and gone, and now is the perfect time to soak up the joy of the season. Whether you're hiking, hosting cookouts, planting tomatoes, or simply walking with a friend in the cool evening breeze—keep moving! Your body and mind will thank you.

📍 We’ve Moved!
Since October, we’ve been at our new home inside the Watford Wellness Works—a vibrant wellness center open 7 days a week from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.Dr. Penn is in the office Monday through Wednesday, with limited appointments available Thursdays and Fridays.
📅 Please note: Pinpoint will be closed July 3, 4, and July 25 for summer travel and training.
🌿 Meet Malek Scott – Cognitive Coach
Have you or someone you love experienced a head injury, stroke, or memory issue? Meet Malek Scott, our cognitive rehabilitation coach. He works with individuals who’ve suffered traumatic brain injuries (TBI) from car accidents, falls, sports injuries, or even getting tossed off a horse.
Malek helps retrain the brain through focused, compassionate coaching and neuro-cognitive exercises. His work supports stroke survivors, post-concussion recovery, and those with memory or focus challenges. You are not alone—and healing is possible.

🍋 Tea Tasting Mondays – Come Sip With Us!
This month, we’re featuring Citrus Mint Tea – a cooling, hydrating, and gently sweet blend with:
Licorice Root – adrenal support and natural sweetness
Peppermint – digestion and refreshment
Lemongrass – calming and anti-inflammatory
Dehydrated Lemon & Orange – vitamin C boost and zesty brightness
This tea is delicious hot or cold and makes a great summer mocktail base. Stop by on Monday and sip with us.

What’s Dr. Penn up to this July?
Garden Life – She and her family went big this year with 10 garden beds! She’s been chatting with neighbors about everything from squash tips to battling grasshoppers.
Wanderlust – She’s traveling across the U.S., visiting friends, reconnecting with family, and soaking in inspiration from the land.
Needles & Knowledge – This is her final month before becoming certified in acupuncture! We’re thrilled to expand our offerings soon.
